How do I return my package?
You can return your item(s) for a refund or store credit within 30 days from the date you placed your order.
Please follow these steps to make a return;
- Email us here with your name, surname, order number, product name(s) and return reason.
- Print the return label we have sent to you.
- Stick the return label on the outside of the package and take it to your nearest local post office.
- Email us the tracking number after the package has been shipped.
*Items must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging.
*Items must be shipped within 5 days at the latest after the return label is created.
*For all return requests, the product must be photographed from several angles and attached to the return request e-mail. Click here to see example image.
Do I have to pay for shipping when I make a return?
To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we provide the option for you to return item(s) free of charge within 30 days of purchase.
Absorbing the shipping costs for returned products is a cornerstone of our company policy, underscoring our steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction.
Can I exchange an item?
We are happy to help you with an exchange if there is a problem with the product you received. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we will gladly exchange it for you.
What happens if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If you received a damaged or defective item, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. To initiate the return process, please refer to our "How do I return my package?" section and follow the instructions carefully.
Please note that you'll need to add a photo of the product to demonstrate the issue you're experiencing. Once we receive your return request and verify the issue, we'll process your return promptly.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
We understand the anticipation that comes with waiting for a refund. As such, we assure you that we issue your refund on the day the returned item(s) arrive at our warehouse. It may take between1-7 business daysfor the refund transaction to appear in your bank account, subject to your banking firm's policies.
Please note that all refunds will be credited to your original method of payment only.
Do you return the shipping charge?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, contact us within 30-day of receiving your order, and we'll cover the full cost of return shipping, while offering a replacement or refund as needed.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If the tracking system shows that your package was delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft after delivery.
However, if you chose Insured Shipping at checkout, we will resend the item, issue a store credit, or provide a refund in case your package is lost or stolen.
Can I change the delivery address on my order?
To ensure that your change request can be processed, we kindly ask that you contact us within 1-3 hours after placing your order. We will accept the change made within this period.
If you contact us within 12 hours after placing your order, we will still do our best to assist you with your change request. However, if your order has already been shipped, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to make any changes to the address.
